Greater Manchester EPC were selected to complete a series of SBEM designs & Non-Domestic EPC for the renovation and new lease of the new Southway Housing Trust Head Offices, Princess Road, Manchester. The project was an ongoing one taking several months working alongside key project & design managers on behalf of Arcon. Throughout the project we provided ongoing technical support towards various fabric building elements, building services and lighting designs to help achieve the highest energy efficiency standards for the fit-out of the building. We achieved this through modelling a series of SBEM designs which would produce the best possible EPC rating for the building.

Our Manchester client was highly satisfied with our involvement in the project where our Commercial EPC Energy Assessor was able to achieve an excellent Non-Domestic EPC Rating of B, on the scale (A-F) . The EPC report was also a compulsory requirement for the transaction of a new lease.
