Job Description: Greater Manchester EPC undertook a level 3 non-domestic energy assessment an old workshop in the Preston area. The EPC was required for the provision of a new lease for the existing tenant. Although the property had very little or no heating systems in zones, the lighting had recently been upgraded contributing to a reasonable EPC score. Our Energy Assessor was able to commute to the Preston area and complete the clients Commercial EPC within 24 hours from site survey.
